About Young Hsin
Young Hsin is a chinese restaurant in Bronx, New York. It is listed at 1475 Beach Ave, Bronx, NY 10460, which places it among the local businesses of Bronx that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Bronx; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New York are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 11:30 amβ11:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Young Hsin at (718) 409-5984; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 61 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Bronx peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Iβm so NEW YORK!!! Local Asian take out delivery spot is a must! Customer service is quick & accurate, whether youβre calling in for pickup, delivery or ordering in person. Small hole in the wall but clean, you can see your food being cooked and every dish my family has tried was excellent! What sets them apart is they change their oil often and donβt cook everything (that needs to be fried) in the same oil. Fried foods come out non-greasy and tastes EXACTLY like it should not another food items. Fresh, hot and delicious

Iβm Chinese so I almost never order Chinese takeouts but this place was a great surprise. Broccoli was fresh and has just the right balance between crunchy and cooked. Rice tasted great (from being made from new rice rather than old, stale rice). Cho fun was of comparable quality of good dine-in places in Chinatown. Wish I were not just passing by!

This restaurant is just awful. I wonder why they haven't shut down yet. I've eaten here 3 times in all the years I've lived in this neighborhood and the food never looks fresh. The rice is always dark yellow and the bean sprouts and onions always look grey. Their shrimp always taste weird. Everything is disgusting. This is definitely the last time I ever walk into this place again. π·π·π·
